Dennis Guida

Dennis is a managing partner for HBP and is the Chairman of Pacific Enterprise Bank (Irvine, CA). With over 35 years in banking industry, he has experience in a range of financial and strategic positions. Dennis is adept in working in the fields of asset/liability management, financial management, and strategic planning.

Before joining HBP, Dennis served as the Managing Director of Carpenter & Company from October 2015 to July 2019. Prior to this, Dennis held various positions with financial institutions and consulting companies from 1983 to 2015. His positions held included community bank President & CEO, CFO, and consulting company Partner. He’s been responsible for managing bank financial and accounting areas including ALM, budgeting, and investments.

Dennis graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands and holds an MBA in Executive Computer Management from National University. He’s also a graduate of the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Banking.
